Box vs all-cloud (per student / yr)
All-cloud is flat per student; local-first falls as the box cost spreads over more students. They cross at the break-even size.
How this is computed
For each line: $/student/mo = unit_cost ร uses ร (1 โ cache_hit_rate) โ you only pay for cache misses.
Shippable v1 sums the non-deferred lines; the cost-bombs (pronunciation assessment, real-time voice) are a
quota'd paid tier shown separately. Break-even = box annualized cost รท (all-cloud $/yr โ the Tier-2 slice a box can't absorb).
